David's Garage always kindly listens to my diagnosis of the car's problem and then they fix it anyway. Sometimes I'm kind of right but they open it up and find the real problem. They keep me advised through the whole process and at the decision points of "go more, or fix less". But I feel like I got to participate in the experience!
